Hi Michelle
Greetings from a very uncertain Kazakhstan where new rules are put in force every day.....
Adoption is definitely 'shock therapy for control freaks'!!!

Michelle - this is urgent - We have arrived back in the region and are booked to fly home on the 19th.. Had a meeting with our coordinator last night to say that they have just introduced a new law where it is now going to take 25 days to issue the babies passports and exit visas... they are going to get back to us today and see if there is any possibility of getting them in 12 days....

This, of course is major trauma for us as it means that best case scenario we will not be able to travel until the 30th at the earliest.... Unfortunately Christmas is happening in the middle of it and with two girls for Santa at home we are in a fix. The other two families who have been here since October are opting to stay out the time but do not have children at home... After much deliberating we are toying with the idea of one of us going home and the other staying....

So, tentativly speaking, I will be going and Declan will stay... I want to look into the possibility of changing my flight to Christmas Eve or the flight before that - Is that the 22nd or 23rd? Would you mind checking those two possibilities.

Also, Declan will need to change his return date to the first flight out after the 29th - at least that is what we are hoping, all going well at the next meeting today..

Michelle, or Marie or Brian (Have I the name right?!!) would appreciate if you could get back to me asap

Hope the Lapland trip went well...
